Customer Service Voice
I know it’s a bad day when I use my “Customer Service Voice” towards everyone I talk to…
If you’ve ever worked customer service, or spoke to customer service during a frustrating conversation, then you know this voice. It’s that voice that sounds sweet and nice but inside there is a raging torrent of vile thoughts.
I’m guessing it’s the voice most teachers use all day when talking to students as well.
