Ever since home consoles grew more and more powerful, it allowed more players to play games previously unavailable to them from the comfort from their own home. Slowly in the U.S., the arcade scene and all its machines faded away to Gameworks, Dave and Busters, and side attractions in bowling alleys.

Well… not quite all.

The Galloping Ghost Arcade is one of the few true arcades left and bears the title proudly. It takes joy in bringing the gaming culture of yesteryear and tries to bring the feeling of arcades to newer games that don’t have an Arcade equivalent (such as Mortal Kombat 9 and Marvel vs. Capcom 3). Celebrating what makes these games great.

And because of that, it feels like home.

Just some findings from around the web. Nothing too unreal or strange; well maybe a little strange.
